Airswift is looking for a Change Management Support  in Spring, TX to work on an initial 6-month contract with one of our major clients.
Scope of Work specific to this Assignment: 

  • Ensure projects (change initiatives) meet objectives by increasing adoption and usage.
  • Focus on the people side of change – including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures.
  • Create and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize adoption and usage and minimize resistance, conducts change impact assessments, develops stakeholder engagement plans, and determines communication and training needs.
  • Engages with Project Managers / work leads, as well as the business, to create and execute change management plans.
  • Supports stakeholders in business/site engagements.
  • Creates deliverables like replication playbooks, training materials, communication plans, and adoption tracking processes. Establishes feedback loops and processes to ensure we have ongoing value capture through solution adoption (e.g., surveys, tool adoption).
Main Functions:
  • Solves organizational problems by analyzing business requirements, documenting processes and designing solutions.
  • Conducts interviews with key project stakeholders and document and presents the results.
  • Recommends process improvements and alternative solutions.
  • Assists business users, project managers and leadership in optimizing the scope, benefits and risks of proposed projects.
  • Facilitates change management efforts associated with project.
  • May write and maintain user documentation.
  • Position will receive direction and support.
  • Minimal work direction needed, highly skilled and knowledgeable to the position.
  • Business Analyst on Expert Level, could be described also as Business Analyst Professional, or might be taking care of complex scoping issues, perform project estimation, make recommendation for requirements approach, understand and manage principles of business strategies, etc.
Skills And Qualifications:
  • Requirements gathering, Visio, strong communication and presentation skills, process mapping, MS Office, and Prosci ADKAR® Model is a plus.
  • A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process.
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
  • Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Excellent active listening skills.
  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.
  • Forward-looking with a holistic approach.
  • Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics (self-driven).
  • Problem solving and root cause identification skills.
