JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• engages daily with the Well Site Leader (WSL) regarding personnel and equipment schedules for the time planner
• updated logistics system with movements of personnel, equipment, dry and fluid bulk
• update the status of operations in the logistic system with the movements of the vessel, agree with the WSL and send it to the standard distribution list
• updated logistics system with marine vessel operations using night shift deck crew feedback
• update unloading and backloading paperwork and distribute to day shift deck crew
• sends a daily plan to the vessel for both shifts.
• complete a daily cost sheet and send it to the Drilling Engineer
• complete all paperwork before completing operation operations (safety data sheet, loading manifest and waste transfer notes)
• obtains slops analysis from Mud Engineer and sends them with paperwork to vessel
• monitor the weather for the vessel's next sail to verify the proper window of time to work on the vessel
• completes deck planning to verify adequate deck space to receive cargo
• sends loading instructions to Supply Base staff.
• determine the specific loading order for the platform to collect tubular products from the oilfield in the correct sequence
• links to the Platform Stability section for any Variable Deck Loading (VDL) issues that determine what can be collected on the platform
• liaises with the Mud Engineer for all bulk shipments, considering well space that may be limited on the platform
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
• Advanced English
• Proficient in microsoft excel, powerpoint, Kabal (Wellit)
• Deep understanding of deepwater drilling and completion operations, associated equipment, common suppliers, deck management on a mobile offshore drilling unit, and logistics involved in performing the well work
