Airswift is seeking an Operations Representative to work in Orla TX area for a 12-month assignment (subject to extension).
The primary role of an Operations Representative is to provide operational support to a variety of projects.
Responsibilities:
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team consultants and other functions, learning from colleagues with deep operational experience and assisting in identifying key focus areas, particularly related to risk.
- Data Analysis & Coordination: Involves analyzing data, working with training and development teams, and coordinating practice development.
- Process Improvement: Gather lessons learned from existing operations and incorporate them into Operations Assurance (OA) processes and planning for future opportunities.
- Workshops & Organization: Coordinate and lead OA workshops, develop proposed O&M organizations, cost estimates, and reliability/availability assessments to support project economics and business planning.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with Technical Services and Commercial Development teams.
- Operational Readiness: Develop and publish required OA processes and procedures to ensure new projects are operationally ready.
- Team Leadership: Ensure operational support activities, procedures, and training programs are in place for team meetings. Mentor new team members and lead project-focused work teams.
- Incident Audit: Work with the Incident Audit and Investigation teams to identify and incorporate lessons into training, development, and practice improvements.
- Cost Management: Assist in managing team spending, seeking cost-optimization opportunities.
- Performance Management: Coordinate team activities, meetings, and performance management to achieve team objectives.
- Maintenance: Implement sound maintenance plans to keep team programs current.
- Other Duties: Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.
Skills:
- Strong technical background.
- Project-oriented mindset with a focus on execution.
- Good spoken and written English; knowledge of a second language is a plus.
- Ability to pass pre-employment background checks and drug tests.
- Willingness and availability to travel within the U.S.
Education/Experience:
- 5-7 years of relevant experience.
