Responsibilities:
- Review, maintain, and build upon existing training assets developed in Wave 1
- Review existing Business Requirements Document by BU
- Develop user reference guides and job aids for each BU and work with the Wipro track leads for any clarifications.
- Develop computer-based training for cross-bu functionality (search and reporting, approvals)
- Analyze current instructional materials and provide guidance for improvements
