Airswift is seeking a Payroll Coordinator to work on a mission of 3 to 6 months in the Paris area for one of the biggest companies in the Oil&Gas industry!
You will be responsible for a portfolio of approximately 300 payrolls, in charge of entering, controlling and processing variable payroll elements, establishing payroll and social declarations while ensuring the proper application of payroll legal and regulatory provisions.
You will also intervene on the migration of our payroll software package from SAP to ADP with the Decidium solution.
These are some of your responsibilities:
- Personnel administration:
- Monitoring of the employee's life from hiring to the balance of any account.
- Completion of recruitment formalities: DPAE, affiliation with social organizations.
- Affiliations, amendments and cancellations to the health and welfare scheme.
- Establishment of certificates (employment, compulsory mutual insurance, tax) and other administrative documents.
- Establishment of the balance documents of any account (work certificate, receipt for balance of any account, certificate pôle emploi).
- Follow-up and treatment of sick leaves, accidents at work, maternity: salary certificate via the DSN, follow-up of IJSS, constitution and follow-up of pension files.
- Payroll and Post-Payroll
- Integration of new employees into the payroll software.
- Time management(absences/attendance).
- Preparatory activity (collection, data inventory, pre-calculations).
- Establishment of pay slips, control of payroll calculations and monitoring of variable payroll elements.
- Establishment of balances of any account: calculation of termination indemnities, verification of the records of any account established by other payroll managers.
- Establishment and control of DSN (monthly, quarterly and annual social charges): verification of amounts in relation to payroll, verification and correction of anomalies during the passage in the control tools and deposit on Net entreprise.
- Post-payroll reporting for the various departments and regions of the group (finance, reporting, financing, resources).
- HRIS:
- Monitoring the evolution of regulations for payroll configuration.
- Collecting settings in a test environment (creation of new section, legal changes, etc.).
- Verification of the passage of the settings in the real environment "production" and control of the results (results, social treatment, tax treatment, accounting account, DSN).
- SAP payroll to ADP Decidium payroll migration project.
These are some of the requirements:
- At least 5 years' experience in payroll and personnel administration.
- Comfortable with HRIS tools in a digitalized environment.
- English
- SAP and the Office Pack.
- ADP Decidium is appreciated
