JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure proper supply chain financial process flows.
- Analyse and approve invoices related to import/export and helicopter logistics operation.
- Request advance payment for international vendors.
- Request funds for Customs Broker to ensure customs clearance in time.
- Ensure import cost allocation- subsequent debit.
- Ensure correct cost allocation in SAP system.
- Department budget control.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in one of the following: Business, Engineering, Economics, Math, Accounting.
- 5 years or more of relevant professional experience
- Knowledge of Power Bi
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Knowledge of SAP
- Advanced English
