Airswift is working in partnership with a pioneering technology company specializing in industrial physics-informed AI solutions, operating at the forefront of physics-informed AI, digital twins, and advanced predictive modeling. 

We are seeking a Physics-AI Application Engineer to support transforming the companies' clients industrial operations, particularly in the oil and gas industry, and across other industrial sectors. The company fosters a collaborative and innovative environment that values technical expertise and a passion for solving complex problems, driving continuous learning and improvement

Primary Responsibilities:

Lead Customer Engagements 
  • Conduct technical discovery sessions with clients’ engineering and operations teams 
  • Identify high impact use cases aligned to business and operational goals 
Deliver Proof-of-Value Projects 
  • Design and implement AI modeling and optimization workflows using company software platform and arsenal of Physics-AI capabilities 
  • Rapidly iterate and validate solutions using real customer data and workflows 
  • Quantify and communicate business value through measurable KPIs 
Enable Scalable Deployments 
  • Collaborate with software engineering to integrate models into production environments 
  • Develop and deliver technical documentation, training, and customer onboarding materials 
  • Support transition from PoV to full deployment and long-term adoption 
Champion Customer Success 
  • Act as a trusted advisor to technical stakeholders and decision-makers 
  • Build consultative relationships that open doors to follow-on projects and expansion 
Evangelize Innovation 
  • Represent company at conferences & events, deliver product demos, and contribute to technical publications

Essential Skills & Experience Required:
  •  Minimum Bachelors of Engineering, Applied Physics, or a related field 
  • At least 3 years of prior industry work experience applying modelling and simulation  
  •  Proficiency in Python, with experience building and training ML models using common learning frameworks 
  •  Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to lead client conversations and influence outcomes 
  •  Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving environments 
  •  Excited to build, learn, and adapt as part of a mission-driven team

 Desirable Skills and Experience: 
  • Energy industry experience, specifically within conventional oil and gas industry
  • Experience with startups or early-stage development projects 
  •  Familiarity with modeling & simulation platforms like AspenTech, Siemens, or Ansys 
  • Understanding of the Machine Learning model lifecycle from development to deployment 
  • Prior experience in technical consulting, solution delivery, or pre-sales engineering
