Airswift is currently looking for a Production System Lead for one of our largest projects in Schiedam, Netherlands. This position has a Monday-Friday schedule, and the contract´s length is 12 months, with the possibility of an extension. Job Description
The Production System Lead will be responsible for the following tasks:

Conducting audits of the system and mobilizing offshore as necessary, participating in HAZOP and HAZID

Being an advocate for system engineer thinking in the company

Liaising with other technical departments in the company on the subject, and with Ops readiness, Supply chain, Discipline leads, and OEMs to ensure key OEMs Health care contracts are defined and in place prior to start-up.

Built up comprehensive and exhaustive Production System dashboard and KPIs to monitor performance, assess weaknesses & strengths, and track key initiatives or OQs to improve system performance.
Job requirements

Minimum 12 years in Oil and Gas Industry

Minimum 6 years of experience in Operation and in relation to the system he will lead.

Field Experience is required

FPSO experience is required
-
Experience with engineering, commissioning, and operation activities.

Degree in Process Engineering or Rotating Equipment Engineering
