The role will be Perth based with Ad hoc site visits.
Typical tasks will be:
- Cost Tasks
- Loading projects in Ecosys
- Baselining projects data for reporting
- Updating progress and costs from schedule and Oracle
- Issuing cost reports with analysis
- Ensuring invoices are sent out correctly and on time
- Using a prescribed template placing the loaded Ecosys projects into the planning template
- Updating progress from Ecosys into P6
- Reviewing schedule with Leads for progress and dates
- Uploading schedule milestones to Program level schedule
- Minimum 5 years experience
- Experience in both cost analysis & planning is essential
- Knowledge of Ecosys & P6
- Able and willing to occasionally travel to local WA/Perth sites such as Bunbury, Kwinana, Pinjarra etc
