We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Administrative personnel to support our Contract Management (CM) Team in the nuclear sector. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative assistance, managing contract-related activities, and ensuring the smooth operation of processes. Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:
o Provide direct support to the Contract Management Team.

2. Data Entry and Documentation:
o Input and maintain accurate data in spreadsheets.

o Maintain contract records and correspondence.
3. Reporting and Presentations:
o Establish contract reporting mechanisms and track statuses for the CM team.
o Develop presentations as required.

o Monitor and facilitate the resolution of issues and action items.
Qualifications:
• Education:
o High School Diploma required (Associate’s Degree or higher is a plus).
• Experience:
o Knowledge of work at a nuclear facility is a plus but not a must.
o Understanding of contract requisitions (CRS) and contracts is essential.
• Skills:
o Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant tools.
o Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
o Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with overlapping priorities.

The Train Control Engineer will design, develop, and implement control systems to manage and optimize engineering processes and equipment. This role requires a strong understanding of control theory, system dynamics, and the integration of hardware and software for automated systems.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform control engineering activities for one or several functions from architecture to
- detailed specification, interface and Pure Principal Scheme or Logical Diagram.
- For its function formulating a Low voltage and SW control design solution that fulfils the
- specified customer.
- Deliver Interface Control Document (ICD) for sub system participating in its function.
- Treatment of Change Request (CR) related to its function.
- Provide support for Supplier interface test or TC&IS verification tests on PC or TCMS Test

SUBCONTRACT MANAGER
Location: Cologne, Germany

Project: Plastic to Oil
We are currently looking for a subcontract manager to work on the construction of a brand-new plastic to oil plant. The site will aim to reduce the use of landfill and recycle plastics that can be turned into pyrolysis oil and gas.
This role would be an immediate start and would be working within a team of two working on the issuing of large subcontracts to a range of vendors. Contract will initially be for 12 months with the possibility of extension. Fluency in German is a MUST.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop, Implement, and manage a portfolio of Large EPCM Package Contracts and Site Services Agreements associated with the Project.
- Where applicable prepare and Issue tender documentation.
- Compile tender documentation, ensuring that the package is complete and viable.
- Strategize and hold tender clarification meetings.
- Facilitate information to and from tenderers.
- Issue tender bulletins and clarification documentation.
- Ensure that technical and commercial negotiation evaluations and strategies are carried out in a timely manner.
- Prepare and manage the issuance of contracts and its documentations.
- Prepare and hold Kick Off Meetings.
- Plan, develop and execute Post award Contract management activities.
- Responsible for Contract Close out.
- Report Contract progress from Pre to Post Award, through Project Systems.
Relationships
- Deal with Contractors, OIM’s and Suppliers
- Deal with Client and Stakeholders
- BSc., University degree in any of the main Legal, Business, or Engineering branches., i.e., Mechanical, Civil, electrical, chemical, or equivalent
- EPCM experience essential
- Minimum of 7 years in developing and executing Contracts & Procurement within Oil & Gas or relevant projects
- Previous experience within EPCM projects is preferred but not essential
- German Speaking
