Airswift is seeking a Project Manager to work on a Permanent position in Macaé/RJ with an Oil and Gas Company.
Responsabilities:
Responsible for the management and completion of projects on time, within budget and within scope. Responsible for developing good relationships and being key focal point for key clients. Prepare reports for leadership team regarding status of ongoing projects

Be able to predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner

Assess budget based on scope of work and resource requirements

Manage project issues and risk to ensure successful and on-time project delivery

Conduct pre-mob, close out and lessons learned meetings

Prepare detailed projects plans for all phases of the project

Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously

Report on project success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment management activities

Qualifications:

Educated to higher education level or international equivalent

Post Graduate degree in related discipines

High level of English language, both written and spoken, is essential

Experienced in best practices of project management as well as strong experience dealing with operations management of offshore assets

Competency in standard Microsoft applications : word, excel, powerpoint, outlook, project, visio and Google is highly desirable

Approved Project Management qualification

Strong experience in a similar role, preferably gained in oil industry / engineering environment with a particular focus on ROV, diving or ship repair related projects

Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence.
