KEY ROLES
The Procurement Analyst will be responsible for the implementation (sourcing, contracting and supplier management) of AGT Projects Contract Strategies which are critical to the delivery of project onshore and offshore execution scopes and  enable safe, compliant and cost-competitive supply chain operations. The role requires a collaborative One Team relationship within the Project Delivery organization, Engineering, Fabrication & Construction Central Category team as well as other Global/Regional teams (including Operations and Wells). Working with multiple teams this role also supports the development of a detailed demand forecast including priorities and implements a jointly agreed activity plan, identifying business resources to support implementation as required.

RESPONSIBILITIES & OBJECTIVES
Comply with client 's Code of Conduct and practice ethical business behavior, using reasonable care to monitor suppliers and contractors working for client  to ensure they work in a manner consistent with the Code.
• Deliver value through effective and efficient sourcing activity using the provisions of CMcp within boundaries of relevant laws and regulations, approved budgets and, where applicable, JV and NOC requirements.
• Execute post-award contract management, including interpretation and implications of terms and conditions, monitoring contract expiration dates and identifying need for extensions or renewals.
• Comply with AGT Projects governance process and procedures for contract strategies, RFAs
(Recommendation for award), VOs (Variation orders) and Amendments, claims management and final account/close out of project contracts.
• Build strong relationship with the business stakeholders and enabling groups to help identify synergies across the AGT Projects and determine procurement activities.
• Support commercial and E&C audits and compliance activities including audit resolution as applicable.
• Understand and promote the use of technology and ways of working that unlock agile
solutions for the business.

Education:
University degree in Business, Commercial, Procurement or technical discipline.
Experience:
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge and experience in application of Procurement Category Management, particularly in sourcing/contracting and supplier management.
• Work experience in Engineering, Procurement and Construction/Installation (EPC/EPCm/EPCI) contracting models.
• Excellent communication and engagement skills. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple disciplines, cultures and geographies.
• Deep understanding of Procurement Category Strategies, Sourcing and Contracting processes.
• Strong competencies in relationship management, communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Strong competencies in managing and influencing at higher levels of an organization.
 Demonstrable experience in drafting contractual documents.

Desirable Criteria;
• Professional Procurement qualification (MCIPS) or equivalent. 
• Evidence of using Agile practices (Kanban Method & Kanban Board/Kanbanize tool).
• Working awareness of systems such as Ariba OneSource, Backbone SAP and ProCon.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, time management and prioritization skills.
• Ability to thrive & grow in a continuously evolving environment.
