Our client, a major Exploration and Production Operator, is currently seeking a Receptionist to work on a long-term assignment and join their Anchorage team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks to support the Anchorage office, such as, processing documents, maintaining office contracts, coordinating meetings, supporting office visitors and general support for staff. 

  • Open the office at 7:30

  • Turn on the Lights

  • Make sure sign-in sheet is correct

  • Get the mail, date-stamp, and pass out

  • Pick up Conference rooms and push chairs in after every meeting

  • Answer the phone and respond to emails

  • Prepare Certified Mail and FedEx shipments upon request

  • Copy and Scan documents as needed

  • Order Office supplies

  • Travel Coordination for Slope

  • Reconcile Fuel logs

  • Update Phone Lists/Contacts

  • Schedule Meetings upon request

  • Closing the office at 4:00

  • Clean Kitchen – restock supplies, start dishwasher

  • Shut off the Lights

Weekly Responsibilities.

  • Clean out Fridge on Fridays

  • Take Inventory

  • Take Cardboard to cardboard bin (Fridays)

Main Requirements:

  • Professional/Administrative level experience +3 yrs preferred

  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite required

  • Proficient in the use of SAP systems (preferred not required)

  • Excellent organizational and follow-through skills

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Ability to efficiently manage time and prioritize multiple tasks.

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
