Our client, a major Exploration and Production Operator, is currently seeking a Receptionist to work on a long-term assignment and join their Anchorage team.
Main Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of administrative tasks to support the Anchorage office, such as, processing documents, maintaining office contracts, coordinating meetings, supporting office visitors and general support for staff.

Open the office at 7:30
-
Turn on the Lights
-
Make sure sign-in sheet is correct
-
Get the mail, date-stamp, and pass out
-
Pick up Conference rooms and push chairs in after every meeting
-
Answer the phone and respond to emails
-
Prepare Certified Mail and FedEx shipments upon request
-
Copy and Scan documents as needed
-
Order Office supplies
-
Travel Coordination for Slope
-
Reconcile Fuel logs
-
Update Phone Lists/Contacts
-
Schedule Meetings upon request
-
Closing the office at 4:00
-
Clean Kitchen – restock supplies, start dishwasher
-
Shut off the Lights
Weekly Responsibilities.

Clean out Fridge on Fridays
-
Take Inventory
-
Take Cardboard to cardboard bin (Fridays)
Main Requirements:
-
Professional/Administrative level experience +3 yrs preferred
-
Proficient in Microsoft Suite required
-
Proficient in the use of SAP systems (preferred not required)

Excellent organizational and follow-through skills

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
-
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
-
Ability to efficiently manage time and prioritize multiple tasks.

Ability to work with minimal supervision.
