A leader in Shipping and Logistics company is currently expanding and looking for highly qualified candidates for the Regional Marketing Campaign Manager position based in Singapore.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, advertising, and offline events
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define campaign goals, target audiences, messaging, and success metrics
  • Develop and manage engaging campaign assets, including copy, visuals, toolkits, and landing pages, aligned with brand guidelines
  • Oversee campaign timelines, budgets, and performance tracking to ensure initiatives are delivered on time and meet KPIs
  • Coordinate with global and regional teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with broader marketing and branding strategies
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize ongoing and future initiatives
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to uncover new campaign opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments
  • Conduct post-campaign reviews to gather insights, report outcomes, and refine campaign strategies
  • Stay updated on best practices in digital marketing and emerging tools to continuously improve campaign execution and performance

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline
  • 6- 8 years of experience in campaign or marketing management, ideally within the logistics, transportation, or B2B service sector
  • Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end campaigns with strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills with a flair for creating persuasive content and marketing assets
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and analytics software
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and make insight-driven decisions
