As a Senior Associate, you will be actively engaged in all stages of consulting engagements, from initial research and proposal development to final implementation. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Data Gathering and Analysis: Collect and analyze client data, market trends, and procurement processes to inform strategic decision-making.

- Supplier Engagement: Introduce suppliers to the client’s procurement needs, eSourcing processes, and reverse auction technology, fostering strong supplier relationships.
- Client Service: Understand and anticipate client needs to deliver seamless and exceptional service throughout the engagement.
- Business Development: Support business development activities by identifying new opportunities and assisting with proposal development and client pitches.
- Corporate Communications: Collaborate with the Corporate Communications team to enhance the visibility and awareness of our procurement services.
- Sales Support: Work with senior management to develop and refine sales tools and materials that effectively communicate our value proposition to key clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certifications is a plus.
- Strong experience of consulting experience in a top consulting firm or a combination of consultancy and industry experience in procurement, supply chain or a related field, with a focus on strategic sourcing and contract negotiation.
- Strong understanding of industry trends and markets.
- Proven track record of successfully managing procurement projects and delivering cost savings.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex market data and develop actionable insights.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite: including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (ability to create formulas and to analyze data)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail.
- Language proficiency in English. Portuguese is a plus.
- Flexible to travel to client’s site as required
Job Responsibilities:
- Working as a senior member of the Energy Services Senior Management team, this position reports to the Group Head of Energy Services. This key position has overall responsibility for the delivery of work in the Group’s overseas offices within the Asia Pacific region.
- Setting operational objectives and expectations to create a ‘best in class’ mind-set and to strive for constant continuous improvement and operational effectiveness.
- Partnering and collaborating with the management of the Group’s overseas offices to identify gaps within the operational structure and develop a strong pipeline of future talent for ongoing succession planning.
- Support the Group Head of Energy Services to set operational KPIs and review on a regular basis
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in a Science, Business or Management studies. This requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
- Worked within an international matrix organisation, working across multiple countries, time zones and functions
- Geographical awareness and cultural sensitivity. Proven ability to adapt to new industries/environments and workplace cultures
- Previous experience in Senior Leadership/GM capacity in overseas markets is ideal

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute engineering and automation projects to improve warehouse operations and support business growth.
- Design and implement optimal warehouse layouts and storage solutions.
- Lead the design process for warehousing projects, including planning, risk assessment, data analysis, and solution design.
- Evaluate and select appropriate warehouse equipment and automation technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and cost reduction.
- Provide technical expertise in automation technologies and warehouse management systems.
- Analyse data to plan and develop efficient logistics activities.
- Validate and identify appropriate storage types and methodologies
Requirements:
- Degree Holder in Engineering Field- Industrial, Logistics, Automation etc
- Experience in modern warehouse engineering and supply chain design and other modern warehousing innovation desirable.
- Minimum 10 years’ professional experience in Logistics, warehousing or 3PL industries, preferably in an international logistics service environment.
- Proven experience in designing warehouse automation projects, including system design, implementation, and optimization. Examples being design and installation of typical automation systems such as AGV’s, ASRS, GTP.
- Experience or knowledge in VSM and/or Six Sigma or similar is advantageous
