Airswift are partnering with one of our main clients that specializes on project advisory and construction supervision of mega infrastructure projects globally. We are looking to recruit for a Resident Technical Officer (Subsea Tunnel - Pipe Jacking) to be based in Singapore Job Responsibilities:
Responsible to supervise and lead a critical water pipeline (subsea) project as the Client's Representative in managing the design and construction supervision
Lead all the construction works including temporary works for pipe laying, pipe jacking works and construction of chambers.
Monitor all construction works to comply in accordance with drawings and specifications.
Person in charge to be accountable for the Contractor’s progress and performance and maintain proper site records of the works
Keep the The Client updated accordingly with progress reports and proper labels through email on a daily basis
Keep and maintain proper site records and documentation for example the attendance records of PM, RTO, STO, Professional Engineers, contractor’s site personnel,
Responsible for the schedule of works, records of inspection/checklists and approvals for concreting, test records, test certificates.
Degree in Civil Engineering, recognized by the Professional Engineers Board.
5 years of relevant experience in site supervision of civil engineering works in pipe jacking and pipe laying works.
Registered RTO / Posses RTO certificate from IES

We are working with a Major multi-industry Service Company to source a Project Manager with experience in underwater systems. This is a long-term contract role working on a residential basis 6-days per week / 8 hours per day. Please see details below;
Title: Senior Sales Engineer
Start Date: Negotiable (typically within 1 month notice)
Duration: 12 months (potential for extension)
Location: Onshore Saudi (site based)
Working Schedule: 6-days per week / 8 hours per day
The role necessitates a significant level of responsibility and accountability in identifying revenue generation opportunities for SER. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager you will be required to further enhance the company’s market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business opportunities, which, includes but not limited to, start-up ventures and establishing the company within new regional territories.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Managing the revenue growth and establishing sales targets within the territory; reaching, exceeding sales goals, managing expenses and assisting line manager with below reports & forecast. • Revenue Forecast (Budget Vs Actual)
• Sharing reports through CRM on a regular basis on opportunities, current quotation status and orders; providing appropriate reporting e.g. (sales visit reports). Administering the overall sales responsibility for all potential and existing markets within the territory; generating customer requirements through sales visits and close customer contact. Issuing professional, technical quotations whilst maximizing margin; conducting technical presentations and demonstrations for the same. Establish detailed customer profiles that identify short, mid, and long-term growth opportunities.
