Airswift (Air Energy Caspian LLP) is currently looking for a Scheduler (for KZ passport holders) for one of our large project in Dunga, 14\14. We are looking for candidates with the drive and commitment to make a genuine difference to our performance to ensure that the company continues to differentiate itself from competitors by delivering quality service to our client’s requirements.

Job description:
  • Speak with customers over the phone in order to schedule, remind and follow up on appointments email or mail reminders to customers or clients when appropriate
  • Add, cancel or make changes to appointments in the organization's schedule
  • Perform patient intake, including the completion and filing of all necessary records
  • Resolve appointment conflicts for staff and customers or clients
  • Schedule staff coverage in order to ensure the company's best operations standards
  • Produce and process schedules and reports as they are requested by administrative staff, customers or clients schedule the manufacturing production or transfer (i.e. trucking) of products
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices and principles
  • Skills in the use of scheduling tools such as Gantt charts, CMMS scheduling modules and resource histograms as well as skills in SAP
  • Skills in assessing and prioritizing work based on critical systems and equipment requirements, project commitments, work orders and resource availability
  • Ability to work with supervisors to communicate priorities and assign resources required
  • Higher professional education and former experience of corresponding duties and responsibilities in oil and gas industry no less than 5 years 
  • Excellent administrative, verbal and written communication skills
  • Sound knowledge/experience in Primavera P6, SAP, MS Office Pack
