Our client, a major Oil and Gas company, is looking for two SCM Specialists to join their team on a 1-year contract in Calgary. Those individuals will support their category management and procurement teams.
Responsibilities:
• Primary responsibilities would be to work with SCM Governance Lead, category management, and procurement on the following:
o Enter contracts into Maximo
o Enter and maintain contract rate sheets into Maximo.
• Secondary responsibilities would be to support SCM procurement in the creation and execution of purchase orders as required (dependent on their capacity after completing primary responsibilities and on the procurement team’s need for support)
Candidate Description
• 3-5 years SCM experience in a procurement or contract management role
• Familiarity with MS Office (particularly Excel) is required
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, JDE, etc.) or procurement/AMR system like Maximo is required. Maximo specifically would be an asset but not a requirement.
• Experience with a contract management system (e.g. Ivalua, GEP, Coupa, etc.) would be an asset
