The Role

As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the Brisbane office, contributing to the success of exciting and new projects. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of engineers, architects, and designers, working on projects that push boundaries and drive innovation.

 

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with clients, architects, and other engineering disciplines to develop innovative and sustainable solutions.
  • Provide technical expertise and mentorship to junior engineers and design teams.
  • Prepare detailed design documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Participate in project meetings, manage project budgets, and deliver projects within established timeframes.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in electrical engineering.

 

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering within the building services sector.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems design
  • Proficiency in industry software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and electrical design tools.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing projects from conception to completion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices.
