Overview
We are seeking a Fleet Performance Analyst on a major passenger rail project to oversee the analysis, allocation, and reporting of operational incidents and service delays, ensuring fair attribution among consortium members in line with contract requirements. The role requires someone with a solid technical understanding of train maintenance and contractual / commercial clauses.
Location- Central Coast or Sydney (Hybrid)
Duration- Permanent, Full-time
Salary- $125,000 - $135,000 + Super
Responsibilities
- Manage the train performance regime and contractual definitions around incidents / service delays / fault
- Lead daily attribution meeting
- Analyse technical logs, prepare attribution reports and collaborate on delay investigation
- Interpret reports / logs and collaborate with engineers and consortium partners for accurate fault analysis
- Dispute resolution for delay claims; escalate unresolved issues
Required Experience
- 5+ years experience in rolling stock maintenance (Electrical or Mechanical trade or qualification desirable
- Strong knowledge of contract negotiation and resolutio
- Fleet performance and attribution reportin
- Skilled in communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement.
