- The legal counsel must offer legal support and advice to senior management on important legal matters.
- Crafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial/vendor agreements and labor agreements.
- Ensure that the company complies with all current business process laws.
- Calculate and handle risks in business process and decision making
- Create and draft agreements, terms & conditions, privacy policies, and other legal documents.
- Helps manage legal budgets.
- Analyze a number of legal issues that may affect the company.
- Handle litigation
- Staying updated on the most recent developments in all pertinent legal areas and enhancing the legal department's knowledge base
Requirements :
- Professional License of Legal practice is mandatory
- Good organizational, prioritization and time-management skills
- Arbitration and mediation skills
- You possess excellent legal and strategic judgment, coupled with strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills
- You have an incisive grasp of legal issues, as well as a learner mindset and capability to expand your knowledge in relevant areas of law
- You have strong analytical skills, are meticulous, and are a quick learner
- You are a good team player and possess a high level of integrity
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- English speaking is mandatory
