Senior Process Engineer Support to CO2 Electro conversion R&D 

SERVICE DIMENSIONS
You shall provide process engineering support to JEWEL disruptive project with a strategic partner for CO2 Electroconversion R&D.

ACTIVITIES
1. Perform process modelling (Aspen Plus) on the basis of existing experimental data and provide guidance of the R&D projects from process perspective.
2. Perform technology benchmarking using process simulation tools (economics, energy demand, carbon footprint
3. Contribute to basic engineering, HAZID/HAZOP studies (together with external/internal parties)
4. Write corresponding technical reports (default tools MS Office, Excel);
5. Present results to internal/external partners (IP, business unit teams, industrial site teams);

CONTEXT & ENVIRONMENT
- Location: Paris 
- Monthly missions to Munich Jewel lab and Belgium (TOTB), Research Center in Feluy (Brabant Wallon);
- Flexibility for remote work.
- Communication with internal and external contacts (network of universities and R&D partners around the world)
? English is required, ability to communicate clearly is a must.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Qualification: Master or PhD in Process Engineering;
- Languages: English is a must, French and german a plus
- Professional Experience: > 15 years
- Experience within project: Yes

 OBSERVATIONS Knowledge of Thermodynamics and Aspen Plus is essential; Engineering documentation : P&ID/PFD, H&MB Electrochemistry context
