Job Description:
- Minimum 12 years E&P upstream operator experience as a hands-on Production Technologist in
- development and well studies, well planning and execution
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, preferably Masters
- roven track record in integrated Asset-Well Modelling studies and flow assurance
- Expert with industry tools: IPSM (Gap, Prosper), Production Transient Analysis, PVT analysis, Databases
- Must have experience in well design, well planning (for appraisal), well test planning and execution
- Must have experience in artificial lift design and optimisation and Inflow Performance Analysis
- Experience in preparing WRFM procedures
- Experience with gas condensate reservoirs is highly desirable
- Experience with Waterflooding of oil reservoirs is desirable
- Experience with well integrity is preferable
- Knowledge on Carbon Reduction Programs is preferable including Carbon Capture and Storage
- Has breadth of knowledge across the subsurface and surface disciplines including Process Engineering
- Must have knowledge in sub-surface risk and uncertainty and demonstrated the application in
- developing de-risking strategies
- Demonstrate decision making skills and building roadmaps to deliver a range of desired outcomes
- Proven ability to build effective relationships internally and with partners, government
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage conflicting goals. A strong planner
- Must be a Team Player and strong in collaboration
- Must have strong communication, presentation abilities and English skills (written and verbal)
