Airswift is seeking for a Senior Project Engineer to work in Qatar with our client based in Qatar.

Requirement & Skills Required:

Candidate with 12 years of experience in Instrumentation & Control system design.
PLC in FEED and EPC Projects.
Strong skills background in Instrumentation & Controls.
Mainly working on onshore projects experienced.
Petrochemical experience is preferred.

Location: Based Mesaieed
Working Hours: 40 hours per week.

We are representing a reputable Aircraft Component MRO multinational company to search for a Senior Operations Manager to expand their MRO business in Singapore. Reporting to a highly experienced and technically sound General Manager, the successful candidate will be implementing strategies for long term growth and eventually progressing into a General Management role in measurable timeline.

Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee the operations team to execute the business plan to achieve the KPIs relating to HSE, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Productivity to achieve organizational objectives.
Responsible for the achievement of operational results through effective deployment of resources to achieve KPIs (Lost Time Injury, Total Recordable Injury, Quality, Sales/OP, WIP optimization, expense control, Productivity)
Effective management of cost, manpower/machine efficiency and utilization, OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), optimized working capital and on-time delivery of plan. That includes collaborating with Supply Chain Manager to ensure on-time delivery & quality in a Lean manner using Policy Deployment for continuous improvement.
Implement effective Total Productive Maintenance to optimize availability of the equipment.
Ensure effective implementation of the following processes: Headcount planning, skillset determination, hiring, people development/skills upgrading, business continuity planning and succession planning.

Requirements:

Minimum an Engineering Degree with minimum over 8years of Operational/ Production Management experience within the Aircraft Component MRO Industry.
Strong understanding of Aerospace business will be highly sought after.
Successful delivery track record managing multiple high volume, high mix production line will be advantageous.
Effective communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders across all levels.
In-depth knowledge of Lean principles tools and improvement techniques coupled with a proven track record of implementing.

We are assisting a leading Aerospace Component Manufacturer in finding a Supply Chain Manager to replace someone who has been promoted to a Regional Manager role. This position reports to a highly regarded General Manager known for effectively managing a productive manufacturing business. The successful candidate will oversee a dynamic team responsible for Supply Chain Planning, Production Scheduling, Buying, and Logistics, ensuring business goals are achieved and on-time delivery is maintained.
Responsibilities:

Plan and direct resources and activities related to production scheduling, supply chain planning, and material logistics to meet business objectives.
Forecast procurement needs in alignment with production planning, using material requirements planning systems and lean practices.
Manage suppliers effectively to ensure a steady flow of materials to meet operational and customer demands.
Address procurement and inventory control issues in collaboration with the Engineering and Operations departments.
Oversee critical inventory processes, including cycle counting, planning parameters, capacity analysis, and demand planning.
Lead the sourcing strategy for customer proposal activities.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any field and at least 8 years of managerial experience in Supply Chain within the Manufacturing or Aerospace MRO Industry.
CPIM, APICS, or ISM certification is advantageous.
Extensive knowledge of production flow, material planning, and aerospace raw material procurement is highly desirable.
Strong leadership, effective communication, and interpersonal skills are necessary to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
