The role
As the Lead Electrical Engineer at our client, you are responsible for all electrical aspects of international projects. Together with the project manager, you "carry" the projects. This ranges from high and/or low-voltage distribution systems, (emergency) generators, short-circuit, load flow, and selectivity calculations carried out with ETAP, cabling, design of battery installations, hybrid energy solutions, ENMCS, interfaces to PCS systems. You do this in various project phases such as define, FEED, detail, and execution. Additionally, you provide support throughout the entire project execution. The Challenge
Do you have the ability to provide technical direction to a project and maintain a complete technical overview from start to finish?
As the Lead Engineer at our client, you will be the central figure in the project from beginning to end. You will create the system design yourself and maintain direct contact with the customer. You possess the capacity to approach problems analytically and through modeling. You will establish specifications for major procurement components and guide the multidisciplinary detailed design. You will be technically accountable for contract execution. You will supervise engineers in the power electronics and electronics control disciplines. You will prepare site operations and instruct Commissioning Engineers.
