The Company

We are looking for an extremely proactive person with a keen interest in technology, who is able to make suggestions for improvements and offer an opinion on new products or services. In addition, we are looking for a person with exceptional customer service skills, along with the ability to build effective working relationships with both team members and business users, and a flexible and committed approach to work.
Responsibilities
- Face to Face IT support of users (Level 2);
- Hardware installation, movement and de-installation;
- Diagnosing problems concerning personal hardware (PCs, laptops, printers, scanners etc.);
- Maintain, analyse and solve end user computing problems both hardware and software;
- System and application changes testing, scripts preparation in MS Windows 10 and MS Office 365 environment;
- Install and set up equipment, cables, outlets and all other hardware required for implementing IMAC's;
- Software, patches and updates installation using MS SCCM.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 Years’ experience in an IT Support Role;
- Mastery in Windows 10 and MS Office 365 environment;
- Hardware problems diagnose skills (PC's, laptops, printers etc.);
- ITIL certification is an advantage and ServiceNow skills very welcome;
- Knowledge of remote administrative tools in Windows 10 environment;
- Knowledge of LAN, Wireless and VPN technologies to perform basic troubleshooting;
- Knowledge of SCCM;
- Working knowledge of Active Directory and Exchange;
Desirable
- Experience of Cisco desk phone system;
- Familiar with printer and multi-functional devices connected to a network;
- Willingness to learn new technologies;

Responsibilities:
- As senior developer, you will design and build business applications and support functions based upon identified business requirements and use cases
- Applies advanced analysis skills and experience in principles of architecting, designing, demonstrating, and positioning Dynamics CRM based solutions
- Implement strategic business objectives with an emphasis on application architecture
- Support the development of test scenarios/scripts and test execution ensuring the application or architecture meets agreed quality standards
- Responsible for researching and resolving all reported issues
- Effectively translates use cases and requirements into user stories
- Ability to work under tight timeline
- Participate in analysis sessions with clients to determine application requirements for new implementations

Our client is seeking a Infrastructure Engineer to work within their facilities located in Perth, Australia.
The Company
Our client is a leading integrator in the local market. With a growing reputation for high quality support and project delivery they are looking to add an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to their team.
The Role
Reporting to the Services Manager you will be able to demonstrate experience in the following;
- Manage and maintain large scale VMware environments
- Design and build CISCO UCS Servers
- Design and build NetApp storage
- Supporting Microsoft Azure (Storage, Automation, Virtual Machines, Security)
- Modern desktop, Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Config Manager
- Office 365
- Exchange online
- Experience in both Windows and Linux
This is a Perth based 6-months contracting opportunity with strong likelihood for extension or conversion to permanent.
The Individual
You will be a well-rounded, experienced Infrastructure Engineer with knowledge and experience across a range of tech stacks.
You must have outstanding communication skills, this role will have some team lead aspects so being able to communicate with less experienced engineers and support staff is essential.

This role will primarily be a BAU support role with a range of enterprise clients as well as the opportunity to get involved with projects with a number of additional clients.
