Role Overview
- Promote awareness across the company organization on the HSE MS.
- Co-ordinate the implementation of the Environmental Management Plans at site during project execution phases according to the Company Environmental guidelines and standards.
- Ensure the management of Environmental issues for the site / field Promote environmental initiatives at site and project level.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of HSE, environmental compliance inspection, and environmental conformance & compliance.
- Experience with HSE management systems and ISO14001 compliance.
- Familiarity with environmental legislation monitoring and GHGs/climate change strategies.
- Knowledge of energy management and environmental permits management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with various departments and external parties.
- Ability to lead and develop training programs for personnel on environmental issues.
- Strong analytical skills for monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of the HSE management system.
- Proven experience in managing environmental audits and implementing corrective actions.
- Understanding of emerging environmental technologies and ability to develop new initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
Education & Experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in HSE or environmental management advantageous.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in HSE management systems and environmental compliance.
