Role Overview

  • Promote awareness across the company organization on the HSE MS.
  • Co-ordinate the implementation of the Environmental Management Plans at site during project execution phases according to the Company Environmental guidelines and standards.
  • Ensure the management of Environmental issues for the site / field Promote environmental initiatives at site and project level.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of HSE, environmental compliance inspection, and environmental conformance & compliance.
  • Experience with HSE management systems and ISO14001 compliance.
  • Familiarity with environmental legislation monitoring and GHGs/climate change strategies.
  • Knowledge of energy management and environmental permits management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with various departments and external parties.
  • Ability to lead and develop training programs for personnel on environmental issues.
  • Strong analytical skills for monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of the HSE management system.
  • Proven experience in managing environmental audits and implementing corrective actions.
  • Understanding of emerging environmental technologies and ability to develop new initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Education & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in HSE or environmental management advantageous.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in HSE management systems and environmental compliance.
