Our client is a leader in providing specialized submarine cable services to the offshore wind industry.

For this client we are currently recruiting for a Technical Draftsman to support across various Export Cable and CPS packages of work. The position is to be based at their offices in South Holland.

This position will be offered on a temporary to permanent basis, the initial contract will be held with our Airswift office in the Netherlands, The plan is to then transfer over to the client directly after an agreed period.

Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed technical drawings, plans, and schematics for offshore structures and systems using CAD software.
• Interpret and incorporate engineering designs, sketches, and specifications into comprehensive drawings.
• Collaborate with structural engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and ensure drawing accuracy.
• Review and verify drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance 
• Provide technical support and assistance to engineering and project teams
• Assist structural engineers in selecting appropriate materials for offshore structures

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of Proven experience as a draftsman, ideally within the offshore industry
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) 
• Strong technical drawing skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in the offshore environment

Project Control Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Project Control Manager to oversee project estimation, scheduling, cost control, and risk management for a large-scale carbon capture plants. This role will manage project progress, develop budgets, and coordinate with various stakeholders. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
• Oversee project cost estimation, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Track project progress, identify variances, and propose corrective actions.
• Manage project risk identification and mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present regular reports to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication.

Qualifications:

• Expertise in project control, estimation, and cost management.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Experience within Industrial EPC Projects
• Understanding of EPC contract structures and commercial terms

Airswift are currently partnering with a large global EPC company who are currently in need of an experienced and motivated Senior Process Engineer to be based in Meerssen, nearby Maastricht. The Senior Process Engineer will work as part of multidisciplinary teams on several projects and/or project portfolios, contributing to ensuring the quality and timely delivery of Process deliverables. You will have the opportunity to work on a range of projects, for example: 
Responsibilities

• Projects in project portfolio of key customers in the region (e.g. Chemelot, Geleen).
• Discrete projects in the New Energy, Conventional Energy, Chemicals, during the various project phases of Identification and Evaluation of options, Define and Design.
• Debottlenecking, Expansion and Performance Improvements projects
• Projects to bring operating sites into compliance with current environmental legislation. 

• Highly effective technical and practical engineering skills and ability to consistently deliver quality, accurate and timely work to Worley and its customers.
• A sound knowledge of the fundamental requirements of the process engineering, and the basic requirements of other engineering fields.
• A sound knowledge of applicable local and international standards and statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Competent use of process engineering specific software.
• Competent use of relevant software such as MS Office Suite.
• Substantial technical and practical experience in process engineering in the same or similar industry including experience in working in multi-disciplinary projects and teams.

• Process or Chemical Engineer status (BSc or MSc degree).
• 10-15 years’ work experience in the same or similar industry.
• Relevant postgraduate qualifications in engineering, management, project management or supervisory qualifications or equivalent.
• Good communication skills and a team player.
• Fluent communication in writing and speaking in the English language, capability to communicate in Dutch, have the interest in learning Dutch.
