JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Receiving, checking and storing materials, equipment and products pertinent to the
operation in the warehouse, storerooms, etc. Control the Warehouse operation in a less complex less complex and in accordance with operating procedures, ensuring that
operational and HSE procedures are being followed and understood.
Carrying out product/equipment logistics from receipt to final delivery at the
platform.
Ensuring that operational and HSE procedures are followed.
Organizing the storage of materials, preserving their physical integrity as well as
ensuring that they are in proper condition for use.
Checking and ensuring that the quantity in stock is in accordance with the system.
Maintaining stock control through appropriate records in SAP / IFS, noting down
all incoming and outgoing materials.
Participating in the preparation of and being part of the monthly and annual cyclical count team for inventory purposes.

Accompanying and guiding junior professionals in the logistics of delivering material to
the platform. Training and supporting the sector's assistants and helpers.
Receiving and checking invoices sent by suppliers to ensure that they are within the 5 (five) day deadline and are not overdue or canceled.
Keep the invoices received scanned together with the work orders and control details in an Excel file saved in a shared invoice control folder on the network. The details include: invoice number, supplier name, purchase order number, platform name, date the invoice was issued by the supplier, date received, invoice value, date sent to the office, expiration date and purchase status.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- High School
- Advanced English
- Knowledge of the Office package.
Experience:
- Knowledge of storing and receiving materials.
- Previous experience with IFS and SAP programs.
