We are currently recruiting a strategic indirect buyer to support us throughout our transition project and contribute to the continued growth and innovation. This would be on a 12-month contract and would be located at the Düsseldorf with hybrid working available.
Role & Responsibilities
- Managing strategic tenders/projects:
- Execution and finalization of strategic RFx processes (e.g., PPE, introduction of a new digital VMI platform, etc.)
- Carry out full RFx process, including:
- Analysis of offers using TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) approach
- Presenting scenarios and creating a shortlist of suppliers
- Leading negotiations and selecting the right service provider
- Contract drafting
- Transformation Projects:
- Participation and execution of smaller transformation projects within the purchasing function
- Administrative Project Tasks:
- Set up new service providers
- Develop catalogues and other related tasks

- Negotiation: Expert level
- Strategic Procurement: Expert level
- Project/Program Management: Expert level
- German & English Language
