Responsibilities
Collaborate with Category Managers and Business Partners on specific contracts to:
- Determine fit-for-purpose Purchase Agreements.
- Communicate new Purchase Agreements/Smart Forms and more to impacted business users.
- Analytics on existing contracts to determine priorities for Purchase Agreement creation based on transaction count and/or spending.
- Analytics of existing Purchase Agreements to drive increased utilization.
Some other tasks that may be involved to support the above
- Supplier Site update requests.
- Running OTBI reports.

- Contract Purchase Agreements Creation.
- Contract Purchase Agreements Maintenance.
- Smartform Creation.
- Smartform Maintenance.
- Blanket Purchase Agreement Creation.
- Blanket Purchase Agreement Maintenance.
Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts, 40 hours/week.
- Hybrid model: option to work from home on Wednesdays & Fridays.
