Our client is seeking a System Administrator (Commvault) to work within their facilities located in Perth, Australia.
The Company
Our client is an ASX-listed company in the midst of a number of highly critical business related IT projects. With several upgrade projects currently underway in their resource’s portfolio, they are looking for System Administrator (Commvault) to assist with this.
The Role
Working within an internal IT department your responsibilities and background will include but not be limited to;
- Perform version upgrade to current Commvault setup from Commvault 11 SP+ to the current Major Release -1 service pack.
- Build new P1 Media Agent on newly acquired hardware.
- Build new Commsell Server in preparation for the upcoming vTPMs enablement in the primary data centre.
- Perform support required to seal off the old Index, use the new CVMA as primary and provide advice on the old media agent.
The Individual
You will be an experienced administrator or engineer, ideally with significant BAU and project experience in enterprise environments. Due to your experience, it is expected that you are able to communicate effectively and be able to juggle multiple requirements and respond to change quickly.
Certifications are preferred but not essential in any of the above tech stacks.
This role is Perth based and only Perth based candidates can be considered.
