Airswift is seeking a Tax Reviewer to work on a Contractor position in Rio de Janeiro with a major Oil and Gas Company.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Knowledge of SAP ERP as an experienced user.
Knowledge on services and products pricing, including the application of federal/state/municipality taxes on purchases, and understanding of data quality impacts on SAP tax parameters.
Knowledge of the parameters necessary for the registration of vendors in SAP ERP.
Experienced working the entire Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process, with emphasis in dealing with invoices mismatch issues by identifying and correcting route causes.
Quality check of Purchase Orders to ensure clarity of information relevant for tax parameters required from vendors and any shortfalls in vendor related data.
Problem solving skills to ensure timely resolution of challenges.
Experienced in managing internal customer requests/demands.
Participate as assigned on continuous improvement teams.
Maintain an open line of communication with Procurement, Tax and Finance.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Degree in related discipline, Management, Logistics or Technology.
Minimum 5 years in similar role.
Computer literacy in web-based software navigation and use would be an asset.
Fluent English (speak, read, and write), with ability to interact with foreign teams.
