Description:
· Collaborate closely with the business's industrial control system support group.
· Planning and managing infrastructure hardware and software refresh.
· Responding to incidents system alerts and unplanned equipment events to ensure the reliable running of the process control network on a day to day basis
· Deliver optimizing IT services delivery by improving reliability, efficiency, quality and cost effectiveness of defined components of services while following required engineering and cybersecurity standards and safety practices.
· Maintaining documentation of supported systems.
· Seeking, recommending, and delivering cost effective value-added opportunities.
· Assisting with the business's budget planning and development.
· Coordinating resources and suppliers to complete projects and work requests

· 3 or more years of experience in an applicable Information Technology discipline
· Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Proven verbal and written communication skills for direct customer interaction
· Proven ability to master and apply advanced and specialized technical training
· Proven ability to work well with business, and local and remote IT resources
· Proven ability to deliver on commitments
· Proven ability and willingness to provide day-to-day and after-hours support (24x7) as appropriate
· Ability to lift and move computers, servers, and other small network devices
