EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Focus on Physical Security Technology
• Genetec - Security Center, Synergis, Omnicast, ClearID and Mission Control
• Proven lead in deploying, installing and programming industrial physical security systems (Access, CCTV and IDS) for a minimum of 10 years for very large industrial systems (2Million +); including hands on (not a manager overseeing in-field teams); systems project management, installation, commissioning and hands on advanced programming experience
• Leading technical security teams in-field to assure that devices are correctly configured and operating correctly for a minimum of 5 years
• Advanced understanding and application of all technical systems in the area of physical security including, but not limited to, blast, ballistics, force entry, CCTV, access control, intercom and paging systems, intrusion systems, mass notification systems, perimeter fiber optic intrusion systems, xray package scanners, bomb detection, fencing, gates and lighting design
• Advanced knowledge of function and configuration options for field hardware including HID, Mercury, Senstar, Cloudlink, AXIS and others;
• Proven ability to lead and interface with electronic and software manufacturers to improve products and solutions
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills - ability to influence without authority. Proven history in supporting projects remotely globally and interfacing with diverse cultures
• Strong understanding of industrial security risk, Security surveys and vulnerability assessments (ASIS PSP or CPP desired or obtained within three months after hire)
