Job Description (Short Summary of Role)
The role of Lead Engineer is a key Leadership role, being responsible for the day to day supervision and coordination of the Mechanical Engineering and Design team assigned to a project. Part of this role would be global integrated delivery coordination which is mostly executed with our Worley offices in Mumbai, India. The Lead Engineer reports functionally to the Department Manager and operationally to one or more Project or Engineering managers. Input and leadership will be delivered in the conceptual design, project specifications, FEED, basic engineering, extended basic and detailed design phases. We expect candidates will have had a strong technical background in an engineering contracting environment with all aspects of rotating or static equipment engineering. The understanding of the technical requirements of the project and directing others to apply this into the project is crucial.
Preferred Experience (software, language, specific knowledge or expertise)
Proven experience in executing Mechanical design and engineering of process equipment. This in preparation of the material requisition, Technical evaluation of vendor offers & Order specification and review of vendor drawings. Being involved in inspections and/or site installation.
Has good knowledge of international codes and standards
Ability to report in in English, both verbal & in writing. Mastering Dutch is an advantage
Flexible for business travelling
Non-negotiables (Minimum criteria that are required for hire, used to shortlist applications)
Must have strong background of equipment engineering with rotating and / or static equipment design
Provide leadership skills in Mechanical Engineering with ability to handle large teams in a multi-office environment
solid understanding of Project Controls (planning, scheduling, man-hour estimates and measuring physical progress) and has the potential to lead & inspire teams
Proven Leadership experience in Refinery and Petrochem markets of 15 years.
Should have experience in lead role for FEED and Detail Engineering projects with exposure to field engineering activities.

Role Description
This position is essential for the effective operation of our developers renewable energy assets across Australia, including established BESS, solar, wind projects they have a dedicated development and construction team and expect 4+ additional assets to be operational in the next 6 months. Experience in NEM trading and asset generation is critical for being considered for the role, this could be international experience.
The control room team work together to maximize the performance of the assets, monitor the plant, responding to operational performance, and recognising any deviations from normal conditions. Inside the team we have experts in IT and software interface design, energy market trading optimisation, asset performance and maintenance, and control room team leadership. Team members are assigned side projects that fit their passion creating reports on essential data, designing interface systems, or developing strong relationships with asset maintenance to provide technical engineering guidance on the day-to-day running of the projects.
This role is a full-time permanent position on a 24/7 roster that is made up of 12-hour shifts, shifts are rostered ahead of time & regular rest-days are given.
Key Duties and Competencies
- Daily reporting to Head Office in Australia & Global Head Office, reporting the power generation, operational incidents, and any other operational data
- Maintenance of records and registers associated with the wind farms and assets
- Direct communication with internal stakeholders for the coordination of programmed and non-programmed works, as well as notification of serious incidents that require local attention
- Direct communication with external stakeholders, liaison with maintenance contractors and distribution companies
- Training on internal technological systems and control systems is provided
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering preferred.
- Experience in a similar NEM analyst or spot trading position required.
- High data analysis capacity
- A team-player who is able to work autonomously

The ESG Manager will be responsible for the clients Renewable Energy and Green Hydrogen projects meeting and exceeding the external governance obligations and achieve internal environmental and social best practice standards.
Your key focus of the role will be concentrated on building and leading the expertise levels required for successful development of the priority projects, as well as supporting other projects in the country and region.
This role will be based in Stavanger Norway on a open ended contract.
Responsibilities:
- Environmental impact assessments, environmental baseline studies and environmental management, for all projects in the region, in collaboration with the project team, corporate support teams, and regional leadership.
- Overseeing stakeholder engagement, social impact management, and all required specialist social studies for projects in the region.

Qualifications:
- A degree in applicable discipline e.g. Environment, Social Sciences, International Development studies or related discipline.
