We are currently searching for a Travel Manager and Mobility Support to be based in Paris and work in a 3-month (renewable) contract with the possibility of extension.
Job Description:
Activities:
- Manage mobilization files for clients and partners with the immigration partner: long-stay visa applications, residence permits, declaration of posting (SIPSI).
- Support clients and partners in their needs (search for temporary or permanent accommodation, opening a bank account, etc.).
- Manage applications for residence permits and DCEM applications for accompanying families
- Act as an intermediary between partners and customers and partners
- Research and propose appropriate solutions to customer & partner requests
- Carry out the missions of the visa position on a weekly rotation: Control and follow up on business visa applications for all employees who apply for them from the visa department.
- Draft, track, and update invitation letters for any Schengen visitor visa application.
Required Skills:
- Sense of Customer Relations
- Operational English
- Fluence in French
- Knowledge of: Word – Excel – Outlook
