Responsibilities

Airswift is on a task to find an IT Analyst with experience using OpenText to work on a 6 months contract with one of our chemicals clients remotely.
Responsibilities
- The IT Analyst is responsible for the definition, functional design, custom development, and technical support within the Open Text application and other data integration applications
- The analyst will be involved in product and lifecycle management, support efforts, as well as appropriate integrations with SAP (Open Text Extended ECM for SAP) and non-SAP solutions for the Open Text application
- You will be responsible to drive sustainable, operational excellence in the delivery of new application improvements and existing services
- Facilitate business process discussions to gather and detail business requirements which ensure value and meet the client objectives
- Provide support and leadership to resolution for technical issues within the Open Text team, other internal teams, and outside vendors
- Provide technical direction in the analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance for bug fixes and improvements related to Open Text and its interfaces

Qualifications
- 5+ years’ IT Analyst experience with document management systems including development and configuration with Open Text Content Server 21.4 including Active View, Database Schemas, Web Report Design, and Web Forms, Transmittal cover sheets, OTCS workflows, Smart UI configuration, IDE, OScript, SOAP and REST API service
- Demonstrabe understanding of Content server module related to Extended ECM for Engineering like ADN, CRT, ASM, Bulk loader, Transmittal, MFT, Records Management, Brava, Blazon, Object importer
- Clear understanding of content server module development and the integration points with other third-party applications
- Some experience in custom software development experience including full development lifecycle (C# or Java, Visual Studio, HTML, JAVASCRIPT, JQUERY, SOAP, REST API, JSON)
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering, or equivalent work experience
- Strong problem solving, teamwork skills, and ability to work with minimal direction

- Provide resolution to all desktop support requests.
- Configure, troubleshoot, isolate, repair, and resolve all customer desktop issues including desktop/laptop hardware and software, mobile devices, printers, scanners, copiers, hardware peripherals, and other desktop-related equipment.
