Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Coordinator in the thriving energy sector! This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in managing inventory and logistics operations, ensuring seamless shipping and receiving activities while working full-time in Carlsbad, New Mexico.

Role Overview

  • Gather and maintain all data and records related to shipping & receiving activities.
  • Collaborate with local SMEs & Procurement for MRO ‘New Item’ stock creations in SAP.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to operations, maintenance, and engineering stakeholders.
  • Collect and ensure timely entry of all documentation for inbound/outbound freight into SAP.
  • Schedule inbound and outbound freight to meet site needs, including repairs and urgent shipments.
  • Be available on-call for urgent repairable spare parts as needed.
  • Adhere to all Material Management processes and procedures.
  • Assist in annual inventory and prepare the warehouse as necessary.
  • Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness.
  • Escalate safety or operational issues to the Supervisor as directed.
  • Support the security and safety of the warehouse and workplace.
  • Maintain a professional and positive attitude with customers and stakeholders.
  • Perform additional duties as directed.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Warehouse Inventory Management: Proficient in managing inventory control processes.
  • Warehouse Management: Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
  • SAP Experience: Familiarity with SAP for inventory management and documentation.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication for stakeholder engagement.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to maintain an organized and efficient warehouse environment.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Capable of addressing operational challenges effectively.

Education & Experience

  • Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ prior experience in warehousing or inventory control.
  • Proficient in cycle counting
  • Certification: Fork Truck / Fork Lift certification required.
  • Knowledge: General knowledge of basic math, reading, accounting, and computers.
