Job Description:
- Identifying welding processes, materials & equipment used in a variety of industries including construction, shipbuilding , piping , pipeline
- Creating and implementing new welding methods, equipment, and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Training other welders on new techniques, processes or changes in design;
- Designing and manufacturing prototypes of new welding equipment and devices;
- Conducting failure analyses and cause analyses on welding issues
