Airswift is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to work on a 1- year assignment in Brisbane, QLD with a Infrastructure Company.

This role is expected to bring expertise and experience in procurement and contract management, planning, tender document preparation, tendering, evaluation, negotiation, award, contract governance, invoicing and manage the procurement and construction phases of designated civil and structural infrastructure projects to ensure that client and business requirements are satisfied with regards to time, cost, quality, and scope.

The role will report to the Principal Contracts Manager (Contracts team) and the Senior Engineer of the Special Project Team (Structures team).  Senior Contracts Officers and Senior Contracts Supervisors (Inspectors) support the role.  The Senior Contracts Manager is expected to act as the Construction Branch Superintendent’s Representative or Client Company Representative as required with some Contracts will be of considerable complexity and risk.  Construction contracts will include bridges and structures, including associated works.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and role model customer focus by delivering the highest standards of service to our customers, treating all internal and external customers with honesty, fairness, sensitivity and dignity.
  • Lead performance excellence by setting clear direction, performance standards and expectations for individuals and teams. Give and receive regular feedback to enable performance to be improved and ensure individuals obtain the development and support they need to perform to the best of their ability.
  • Possess significant working knowledge of AS4000, AS4902 and Minor Works and general conditions of contract, including the responsibilities of the Superintendent’s Representative with a focus on civil construction including bridge structures and associated works.

  • Ensure that the Manager receives regular feedback on procurement management and risks to the Client Company, the program and the project. 
  • Provide procurement related management and reporting to ensure accurate and efficient administration of contracts.
  • Ability to successfully navigate through Local Government systems and procedures through strict adherence to mandated procedures and building good working relationships with all stakeholders involved in the preparation of relevant documents and multiple levels of the approval process
  • Prepare all documents required for the mandated processes with a distinct ability to write in a precise and concise manner to produce written and oral presentation with a maximum of brevity.



Desirable:
  • 10+ years’ experience in a procurement and contract administration role in a construction environment.
  • Proven ability to prepare detailed and high-level documents related to procurement activities.
  • Ability to act independently for all submissions to various levels of approval authorities within Client Company.
  • Formal project, procurement or contract management qualifications.
  • Experience in the use of software tools such as document Management system, SAP, Project Online, MS Project, MS office tools, etc.

The Role 
  • Manage the lifting contractor (Sparrows) providing direction on scope and priorities.

As part of the Scarborough project, a dry gas pipeline approximately 440 km in length will transport dry gas from the Floating Production Unit to the onshore LNG plant at Pluto where additional LNG processing capacity will be installed. The Scarborough Trunkline and Scarborough Seabed Intervention and Shore Crossing teams are working with our contractor partners to successfully install this pipeline within HSE performance criteria.
A full-time office/site-based opportunity has arisen within our Company Project team to undertake the role of a Health and Safety (HS) Advisor. This onshore Perth office role will evolve into a site-based FIFO role during the execution phase of the project, transitioning in Q1 2023.  In this role, you will report to the Company Project HSE Manager and be residential in Perth.
 
Duties & Responsibilities:
 Duties and responsibilities of the role include but not limited to:
  • Ensuring Health and Safety activities are carried out in best interests of the Company and enabling Contractor to deliver the Works;
  • Providing risk-based leadership, guidance, governance and coordination of Company HS activities; 
  • Assuring, verifying and influencing Contractors work product and practices to ensure conformance and compliance to approved plans;
  • Verifying Contractor's adherence to the Safety Case, HS(E) Management Plan(s), Project Specific HS(E) Procedures and Contract requirements;
  • Liaising with Contractor HSE team to support with site HSE requirements, processes and programs;
  • Providing HSE support to the Project team for implementation of Company HSE Management Plan and Verification Plan activities;

Role Description:

The Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, reviewing, validating, and maintaining HSE data in centralized HSE Systems of Record for environmental, regulatory, and corporate reporting to ensure compliance and the ability to monitor key performance indicators across HSE management systems. The HSE Data Analyst is responsible for the accurate data gathering, reporting, and submissions of environmental and pipeline safety regulatory required reports to federal and state agencies. Responsibilities:
  • Records oil and gas bookings for assigned area of responsibility
  • Reviews Netback pricing, volumes and deducts. Runs Netback pricing jobs and PVD reports.
  • Prepares accrual entries.
  • Sends out Sales Invoices to Third Party Customers.
  • Confirms settlement with Third Party Customers.
  • Processes purchase and transportation invoices.
  • Provides explanations on accounts receivable balances and accounts payable balances.
  • Prepares monthly balance sheet reconcilements.
  • Assists with audit, litigation and acquisition and disposition issues and requests.
  • Prepares MJEs, late entries and write-off entries.
  • Prepares Linefill, Purchase for Resale, and deficiency fee entries and performs analysis.
  • Reviews and approves accruals.
  • Closes the Marketing system.
  • Prepares the GLR and CLR and provides explanations.
  • Prepares PFR accruals, analysis, and reporting.
  • Provides data for new vendor requests.
  • Completes ad hoc requests.
  • Reviews accuracy of transportation rates, provides manual Netback prices to Revenue, and sets up measurement points.
  • Ensures the timely processing of PPAs.
  • Provides analysis and commentary for Balance Sheet meetings. Attends meetings and speaks to variances when needed.
  • Reviews new contracts from Marketing in accordance with Revenue Recognition and ensures the terms are setup correctly in the system.
  • Prepares and distributes Eagle Ford Midstream financials and makes necessary MJEs.
  • Works with Manager to monitor departmental expectations through planning.
  • Ensures compliance with policies and procedures through review and monitoring of departmental activities.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting/Finance strongly preferred.
  • Computer Proficiencies: SAP PRA, Endur, Allegro and Microsoft Office applications a plus.

The candidate will serve as the point of contact between Project Management and PG Environmental for relevant issues. The candidate with coordinate with and monitor operations and personnel to ensure project site compliance with environmental, chemical safety, waste management, wildlife management, rules and regulations, etc.

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Airswift is seeking a Cathodic Engineer to work on a long-term assignment. The role is office-based in Paris, France, with a major Oil & Gas company. 

Brief Job Overview

Within the materials engineering department (MAE) and in the context of calls for tenders and EPC contracts, you will be in charge of the following tasks:



Key responsibilities and main tasks:

In the proposal phase:
  • Writing a cathodic protection design philosophy
  • Evaluation of the quantity of equipment required.

In the EPC contract phase:
  • Preparation of ENG documents
  • Cathodic Protection Design Philosophy
  • Hardware Specification
  • Calculation notes for the sizing of cathodic protection systems
  • Requisition of equipment
  • Assistance in the establishment of guide and detail plans in support of the Cathodic Protection Design Office

The experience shall include:
  • Mastery of cathodic protection systems by sacrificial anodes and imposed current acquired on a significant number of projects at the ENG and Site level are essential.
  • Experience in follow-up commissioning is a requirement to carry out the mission.
