Brief Job Overview

You will provide electrical engineering services on large or mega projects to the Client and its customers, including technical support and supervision within the electrical engineering team.

Key responsibilities and main tasks:
 
  • Manage electrical engineering services that meet Client's, its customers and applicable statutory and regulatory specifications, on time and within budget
  • Manage electrical engineering project requirements
  • Manage electrical services such as:
      • Participate in relevant meetings, prepare progress reports and comply with required checking procedures
      • Ensure the project scope is clear and that changes comply with project change management processes
      • Provide advice during procurement, construction and commissioning activities, for example, oversee requisitions, technical bid evaluations and purchase order preparation

Nous rencontrons des difficultés de paiement pour chaque constructeur (paiement en CB, facture non réglée à temps…) Actuellement, 2500 homologations sont requises pour Total Lubrifiants. Ce chiffre s’explique par la multitude des formules, des constructeurs et des spécifications par appellation commerciale.

 

SERVICE DIMENSIONS

La prestation concerne les taches suivantes avec l’aide du pilote :

- Suivi et réalisations des missions définies au préalable par le pilote,

- Renouvellement des homologations auprès des constructeurs en suivant les procédures établies.

 

MISSIONS

L'objectif principal de ce service est d’assister administrativement le pilote dans le Renouvellement des homologations auprès des constructeurs :

  • Procéder au renouvellement des homologations arrivant à échéance avec l’aide des additiveurs
  • Suivre et faire tout le process d’homologations pour les nouvelles appellations commerciales et/ou changement de formule
  • Enregistrer chaque lettre d’homologations dans l’outil LMDB en cachant le code formule
  • Fournir au pilote un état des homologations
  • Informer le pilote des éventuels blocages
  • Procéder au règlement des factures envoyées par les constructeurs
  • Saisir et suivre les commandes SAP et vérifier la réception auprès de notre service comptabilité

You will join the Mechanical Engineering Department which provides concept, FEED and detailed design services for mechanical equipment. Job Qualifications

• As a technical Piping draftsman within our design office, you are in charge of the design and drafting project plans relating to the piping of our natural gas, hydrogen and CO2 transmission facilities;
• When designing the project, you take into account aspects such as ergonomics, practical feasibility, safety and cost;
• You are in charge of drafting permit files, of construction, isometrics and material lists (tubes, valves, fittings, brackets, etc.) that are required for the realization of a project.

• After the execution of the project, you check the data and documents that need to be archived and are in charge of drafting of final as built documents .
• You examine the detailed plans of design offices external and ensure that they correspond to the project that is accomplished ;
• You also maintain many contacts with colleagues from other departments involved in the project (Project engineers, Civil Engineering and E&I units, etc.);
• As part of the realization of certain projects, you ensure the data collection on the future site or in our existing facilities;
• You work with specific software for managing files.


Candidate's profile:

Responsibilities:

This may include packaged equipment where soliciting input from other disciplines to provide requirements for associated structural, instrument and electrical aspects of the scope.
  • Perform fieldwork necessary to gather field date, check tie-ins and provide construction support
  • Project approval, procurement, and budget forecasting
  • Provide technical and project management guidance to less experienced engineering and drafting personnel in the department
  • Development of construction work scope / packages and onsite support during construction, commissioning and / or startup
