Are you an IT Business Systems Analyst looking for your next challenge? Look no further! We are seeking a talented individual to join a high-performing team for a 7-month project (May/2023-Nov/2023) to support the Field Data Capture Migration project.

As an IT Business Systems Analyst - Field Data Capture Ecosystem Remediation, you will play a critical role in the conversion from an existing FDC System to Energy Components (EC). You will work with the project and business teams to understand the technology and associated business requirements, develop test cases and scripts, and work with the HP ALM tool to manage testing. You will also identify test requirements, map test case requirements, and design test plans to ensure the implemented solution meets business outcomes and requirements.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing functional and design specifications to ensure a full understanding of individual deliverables
  • Developing test cases and scripts as per the test plan and working with the HP ALM tool to manage testing
  • Isolating, replicating, and reporting defects and verifying defect fixes working with HP ALM
  • Validating that user expectations are achieved during the testing process
  • Collaborating with project team members including subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze trade-offs between usability and performance needs
  • Managing and executing required stakeholder and client engagement across project deliverables to support project plan and scope outline
  • Managing and participating in Transition to Operations scope and activities for services and/or products built by the project team
  • Proactively communicating and collaborating with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements
  • Developing functional requirements (business requirements document), use cases, workflow diagrams, and context diagrams as needed

 

Qualifications:

Reporting to the Cost Control Lead, the SAP AP Specialist will manage the creation, fulfillment and close out of Purchase Requisitions / Orders for the Pikka Phase 1 project. The position is responsible for generating Purchase Requisitions in the SAP procure-to-pay system in alignment to project procedures and available budgets. The successful candidate shall possess the broad range of skills and
experience necessary to work independently and under general supervision, on complex projects and assignments.

The position will work closely with the Company's Project team providing direct support to the Facilities team and backup support to other divisions of the Project team as needed.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Promote and lead in the implementation of Company policies and procedures, including Safety, health, environment, process, people, and planning.
  • Initiate Purchase Requisitions in Finance System based on inputs from the Project team.
  • Work with Project Cost Control Team to ensure appropriate Network/Activities codes are utilized correctly in Purchase Requisitions.
  • Notify Project Managers and Supply Chain when Purchase Requisitions have been submitted.
  • Monitor PR completion in system and notify Project team when Purchase Orders are in place. 
  • Escalate PR delays or SAP system issue and propose solutions to resolve.

Formal Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in finance, business or engineering related subjects preferred.

Skills / Technical competencies

The Pernis Process Engineering team consist of approx. 25 persons.
The process engineer is working closely together with technology, operations, inspection, business and the project organization. He or she performs a key role in providing support for the production units, giving assurance on the Management of Change process and developing and implementing projects.
Investments in all categories (1-10M, 10-100M, >100M) are being developed in the process engineering team to improve the safety, environmental performance, reliability, and profitability of the Pernis Site. Typically, these investments are focussed on TA planning for various units for the coming years.

The process engineering role consists of the following three categories
1) MOC

  • Assurance/approver role in Management of Change process.
  • Participate in process safety studies in design, start-up or 5yr review for Safeguarding Memoranda and HAZOP studies.

2) Projects

  • Conducting scouting and feasibility studies on proposals from operation.
  • Project development (ASSESS/SELECT/DEFINE) in liaison with contractors and ensuring end-result is supported by asset owner. 
  • Provide support to construction and start-up.
  • Ensure proper implementation and performance when integrated into existing operating units.
3) Unit support 
  • Contributing to process integrity of installations and processes to ensure that safe, environmentally sound, reliable and profitable operation of the units is assured.
  • Provide support for preparation and execution of unit turnarounds. Support trouble shooting at start-up.

  • Manufacturing experience as a unit technologist/process engineer at a refinery/chemical site would be an advantage.
Qualifications
Chemical engineering education, academic thinking and working level with experience in the industry, preferably obtained while working at engineering contractors in process engineering or process safety design. Experience minimum 10 years. Good knowledge of refining processes in general.

The candidate for this process engineer role is expected to:

The job also entails conducting peer reviews of such work.   

Qualifications

- Secure that health, safety, and work environment aspects are thoroughly considered, planned, implemented and followed up for the project activities and in according to corporate and project HSE requirements.
- Establish and maintain a positive working environment for the site team according to corporate and project requirements.

MAIN TASKS
• Build and maintain relations to the subcontractor on long term basis.
• Plan and perform monitoring and documentation of the subcontractor’s activities to ensure fulfilment of contractual obligations.
• Identify and implement necessary corrective actions towards the subcontractor.
• Conduct weekly and monthly meetings with the subcontractor’s Project Management.
• Perform regular reporting to Project Management on status and corrective actions if necessary if required.
• Lead the site team and secure good cooperation in the team.
• Establish good communication and clear roles and responsibilities between the site team and and other disciplines in the project. Special attention on deliveries from the Project Organisation to secure the subcontractor’s success.
• Ensure business ethics on all levels.
• Establish and use the risk register actively.
• Monitor and implement additional HSE requirements if required.
• Monitor the subcontractor’s HSE performance and propose corrective actions if required. Focus to be on leading indicators.
• Perform own verifications and participate in the subcontractor’s audit and verifications.
• Advice Project Management on commercial and contractual matters.

Close out activities
• Delivery certificate.
• Handover to responsible in project for guarantees.
• Delivery of accepted as-built documentation.
• Summarize Experience report from all activities and prepare the Summary Experience Report.
• Lesson learned and rating of the subcontractor’s performance.
• Site cleared for all material and office equipment.

Interfaces and co-ordination
- Familiarize project plans and targets and contribute to the projects overall optimal accomplishment.
- Prioritize and coordinate between disciplines and project areas.
- Coordinate against other areas and contracts.

Qualification and Experiences
• Min 15 years experiences from Senior Manager Positions.

Job Brief:
This position directs the transportation safety management process and provides overall support and

Qualifications
10+ years transportation management and/ or safety management experience
