Will I have interview details through the portal?
Yes, you will first be contacted by an Airswift recruiter to review details. Once confirmed, you will receive an interview confirmation in your notifications and email.
Will I receive interview feedback through the portal?
Yes, you will first be contacted by an Airswift recruiter to debrief from the interview. You will then receive notification in the portal and email to confirm if you will progress to offer stage or back to job search if the interview wasn’t a fit.
How do I receive feedback from my applications?
You can view the status of your application at any time via the 'My Applications' tab within the Jobs section of Airswift. You will also receive email notifications as you progress through the process.
Will I be notified of a possible job match?
Yes, upon successful completion of your profile and job preferences, you will have the option to receive job alerts for possible matches that align with your preferences.
Will I be able to connect with a recruiter through the portal?
You will be able to connect directly with the recruiter after you have applied and been matched as a qualified candidate for that job.
If I’m no longer interested in the position, will I be able to cancel my submission through the portal?
Yes, you can withdraw your application at any time.
How secure is my information I share with this portal?
When you create your profile with Airswift, you will need to review our privacy policy that details out how all information is managed before you can access the portal. There is also a link directly on the portal to review the privacy policy at any time.
What information will I be able to view on each job?
All job postings will include: job description, location, employment type, duration, remote/on site.
Lost my password. How do I reset it?
No problem! Click forgot password and you will be sent a link to reset your password.
How can I apply for a new role?
Simply click on the job posting link to apply for a new role.
If I have to cancel/reschedule an interview, will I be able to do that in the portal?
Yes, you can cancel your interview at any time on the portal, but the recruiter will need to arrange a rescheduled time with the client.
How do I update my profile?
Simply log into your Airswift profile and click the edit button.
Can I apply to more than one job?
Absolutely! We encourage you to apply to any job that you feel aligns with your skills and preferences.
Can I see the jobs that I have applied for?
Yes, you can view all applied jobs via the My Applications tab within the Jobs section of Airswift.
Please note: only users with fully completed profiles will have access to this feature.
Can you share my information with other companies?

Will I receive notification when the status of the role changes?
You will receive a notification any time a job that you have applied for has been closed.
Will Airswift submit me to every role without asking for new permission?
No, you have to apply to a job in order to be submitted. Airswift can, however, invite you to apply to jobs that we believe to be a good fit for your skillset/experience.
