Survey open for Global Energy Talent Index on disruptions in the energy industry

Calling all energy professionals: the 2023 Global Energy Talent Index (GETI) survey is now open!

Today, Airswift launches the 2023 Global Energy Talent Index (GETI) survey - the world's most comprehensive annual survey on workforce trends in the oil and gas, power, renewables, nuclear and petrochemicals sectors.

The survey is open to anyone working in the industry, and the results will be published next year in the form of the seventh annual GETI report - a must-read global snapshot covering hiring trends, workforce culture, salaries, and the challenges and opportunities facing the energy sector in 2023 and onwards.

This year, the survey asks the question: how are energy firms and their hiring managers handling disruption?

Faced with competing demands to increase output and cut prices while reducing emissions and investing more in renewables, companies have been forced to embrace rapid change and rethink their role in the world. So what has this meant for the workforce?

Have salaries, working practices, tools and technologies changed in light of this disruption? Have energy professionals become more opinionated and more tuned in to environmental, sustainability and governance (ESG) concerns? And which firms are winning the battle for employees' hearts and minds in this new context?

If you're an employee or hiring manager in the energy industry, we want to hear from you. Click the link below to take part in the 2023 GETI survey and make your voice heard.
