Over the last two years we have been approached by a number of third parties comprising of UK landlords, utility companies, local authorities and other service providers believing that they have entered into agreements with Airswift.
The agreements have been held with the company, “Airswift Relocations Limited”, which is not in any way associated or affiliated with Airswift.
On each occasion the third parties were owed outstanding sums that were overdue. In many instances the agreements were executed with the assistance of a property letting agent known as “My Habitat”.
During our conversations with the affected parties it was clear that they believed they had been entering into an agreement with an Airswift company, not “Airswift Relocations”.
We would like to categorically state that we have no association or business relationship with either “Airswift Relocations Limited” or “My Habitat”.
Furthermore, we would caution any residential landlord who is considering entering into a company let agreement in the UK with companies using the name “Airswift” to undertake thorough due diligence to ensure they fully understand with whom they are actually entering into an agreement with.
