Our client is the largest manufacturing company in Europe with around 377,000 employees worldwide. The company’s divisions include Industry, Energy, Healthcare, and Infrastructure & Cities. They have been operating in Australia and New Zealand for over 145 years, employing 2,200 people across 16 locations.

Challenge

Our client has an international agency supporting them on all hires across the business but had difficulty identifying people within this industry. In April 2018, the Head of Engineering for APAC gave Airswift an opportunity to source roles in the infrastructure industry as a result of our growing reputation in the region and industry.

Airswift utilized our Retained and Engaged Search models to help identify the best candidate for each permanent position our client required using significant research and resource teams.

Results

Airswift have successfully recruited for positions in Signalling, Assurance, ETCS, Systems and Test & Commissioning across Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland. As a result of our partnership, Airswift now supports our client for permanent recruitment across their rail business unit.
