Background

The Knightsbridge project was a full FPSO upgrade of the Uisge Gorm. The FPSO was initially moored in the Blohm and Voss shipyard in Hamburg, Germany and moved to Newcastle for conversion before sailaway for the Alma and Galia fields in the North Sea.

    • Visa and work permit processing
    • Local contracts and payrolling
    • Sponsorship arrangements

Results

  • Selected as prime vendor for the recruitment and mobilisation
  • Supported more than 35 contractors at peak on the vessel in Hamburg, and 134 once moved to Newcastle
  • Continued to support the vessel with onshore and offshore personnel after sailaway
