Background

Our client is a world leader in the manufacturing of high-quality aluminium products and solutions. As the demand for aluminium developed, their business has diversified significantly, and they currently focus on three business units: aerospace, automotive and packaging.

Challenge

Our client needed to develop two additional production lines at their aluminium rolling mill in Ravenswood, just outside of Charlestown, West Virginia in order to meet the needs of a very specific aerospace client.

Airswift Solution

Airswift performed a dual national and international campaign to attract both citizens in the U.S. and those wishing to return to their home country.

Results

Airswift recruited 10 mid- to senior level engineers with U.S. citizenship across the Process and Reliability disciplines. The project is currently ongoing and is 80 per cent complete.
