    Background

    Our client, an international manufacturer was undertaking an expansion of personnel across a newly commissioned recycling plant after the introduction of the UK plastic tax effective April 2022. Our client wanted to contribute to the circular economy by recycling used containers and converting them to pellets in order to be used again.

    Challenges

    The client needed a partner with expertise in the industry to provide specialised personnel within the UK. The individuals in question needed to have strong background in plastic recycling and a deep understanding of how to set up processes, as it was a relatively new market for our client.
